I think it's too bad to remove some algorithms from the miner, it's. What makes it even sweeter is that Lolminer as a 0.7% fee on ETH vs TRex's 1% fee. Topic: T-Rex 0.26.8 ETHW, ETC (+dual mining) GPU miner (Read 174178 times) I was using T-Rex 0.19.14 with Awesome Miner and all was fine, but the automatic update put the 0.20 version and my old computer can't mine x21s x25x megabtx and other algorithms that have been removed. I also compared 2 rigs of 10 * 3070 for over a day, TRex 615 MHs vs Lolminer 610 MHs and while the TRex rig started off strong, after a full day the Lolminer rig was submitting more shares. on GitHub latest releases: 0.26.8, 0.26.6, 0.26.5. Now on Lolminer it reports 483 MHs but effective hashrate is 488 MHs! That is insane. On TRex it reported 488 MHs but would usually hang around 481 MH effective. We will be testing the RTX 3060 LHR V2, RTX 3060 TI LHR, RTX 3070 LHR, RTX 3070 TI, RTX 3080 LHR and RTX 3080 TI. This is a 10 * 3060 rig running for 3 days on Lolminer: In this video we are testing TREX 0.24.8 in performance mode and comparing the results to NBMiner 40.1, LOLMINER 1.38 and GMiner 2.74, all in HiveOS. Hopefully they can get GDDR6X temps aswell. I'm still getting same amount of shares in Flexpool. I've been using lolminer for almost a week and honestly it's just as good. So I tested on a few of my rigs over several days. Still waiting for ETH+TON dual miner from T-Rex. Then I saw this video and it got me interested again: But after some testing it looks like Lolminer submits more shares despite showing a lower hashrate.Ī little while ago I saw this site that tested Lolminer as the best mining software: īut I didn't give it much mind as I was comfortable with TRex. Operating System Support: T-Rex miner support Windows, Linux and MacOS, PhoenixMiner only support Windows. I've been using TRex across all my farm for the past year and loved it. Algorithm support: T-Rex Miner supports a wide range of algorithms, while PhoenixMiner’s algorithm support is more limited. So it turns out Lolminer is better than TRex, at least for RTX 30 series.
